End User License Agreement

Effective May 6, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and the Chambr team (“we”, “us”) and governs your use of the Chambr mobile and web application (“App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to this EULA.

For App Store distribution, the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if there is any conflict between this EULA and that agreement, the Apple agreement prevails for the App Store-distributed version.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and subject to the rules in our Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You must not:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent applicable law expressly prohibits this restriction.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
Use automated systems (bots, scripts, scrapers) to interact with the App or to send messages, follows, reactions, or reports.
Distribute, sublicense, lease, sell, or otherwise transfer the App or your account.
Use the App to harass, deceive, defraud, or harm other users.
Engage in mass-messaging, spam, phishing, or coordinated abuse.
Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or the underlying services.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, branding, icons, and source code remain our intellectual property. This EULA grants you a license to use the App as it is — not any ownership rights.

4. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must follow the issuing store's policy. Once credits are spent on gifts, paid media, or paid room entry, they are non-refundable.

5. Updates

We may release updates that improve security, add features, or fix defects. Some updates may be required to continue using the App; older versions may stop functioning when the App-Status force-update flag is set.

6. Termination

This EULA terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for breach. On termination, you must delete the App from your devices.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The disclaimers and liability cap in our Terms of Service apply equally to this EULA.

8. Third-Party Beneficiary (Apple)

For the App Store-distributed version, you acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and has the right to enforce it. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies instead.
